The Department of General Services' (DGS) Facilities Management Division (FMD) provides building administrative, maintenance, trades, engineering, and custodial services to 61 State-owned and over 200 full-to-partial services buildings statewide.  FMD also provisions Public Work contracts and minor projects for our clients and tenants through a variety of sources and continues to ensure the safety and well-being of our assets, clients, and tenants.
