The FMD Contracts Unit contracts services regarding Public Works, Emergency Services, and Interagency contracts to our tenants and clients.
The Department of General Services' Facilities Management Division's (FMD) Contract Unit is responsible for contracts in the scope of Public Works, Building Services, and Emergency Building Services in the 61 State-owned and over 200 full and partial-services buildings managed by FMD statewide.
