Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center (CSC) is a 24-hour one-stop-shop for FMD customers statewide.
The CSC is housed at the DGS Headquarters in West Sacramento, California. Customers may submit work requests through Maximo or by emailing the CSC directly.
