DGS Vacancies by Specialty
DGS' Facilities Management Division (FMD) provides building management and administration, operations, maintenance, janitorial, grounds keeping and repair services necessary to support the State's real estate assets. FMD operates and maintains sustainable state facilities that are energy- and water-efficient and environmentally friendly. and oversees 79 state-owned properties, including 58 office buildings. In addition, FMD provides state agencies with partial building management services, historically serving approximately 200 state-owned buildings.
The Office of Administrative Hearings is an independent state agency that provides both adjudication and alternative dispute resolution services between individuals and government agencies. Their mission is to provide a neutral forum for fair and independent resolution of administrative matters, ensuring due process and respecting the dignity of all.
