Notice of 15-Day Public Comment Period: October 13, 2021 - October 28, 2021

The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Division of the State Architect, is providing notice of code changes intended for the 2022 California Building Standards Code that were the subject of written comments from the initial 45-day public comment periods that began on May 28, 2021 and ended on July 12, 2021 (for PEME) and began on August 13, 2021 and ended on September 27, 2021 (for GREEN).

CBSC will accept written comments for at least 15 days between October 13, 2021 and October 28, 2021. All written comments must be submitted to CBSC no later than midnight on October 28, 2021.
