State agencies can request construction supervision, inspection and management to ensure projects utilizing public funds are built per the approved plans and specifications, meet the quality and performance specified, and meet applicable codes and industry standards.

State department or agencies seeking the authority to perform alterations to an existing state-owned facility may request the Delegation of Public Works Projects (Form 23).

Client state agencies can request specialized project management services at various stages of project delivery.

State agencies can request environmental and historical consulting services for their building in preparation for environmental review and planning documents for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) processes.

State agencies can request planning services in privately leased space from dedicated space planners in their region.
