About this service
Real Estate Leasing and Planning Section (RELPS) acts on behalf of the Department of General Services as the single central broker for the leasing of real property for state governmental bodies. Whenever a State agency wishes to lease property, RELPS conducts a search for available properties, negotiate a lease and complete tenant improvements for State agency occupancy.
