Brian Holloway is an accomplished land development and entitlement consulting expert who currently serves as President of Holloway Land Company, located in Sacramento, California. With over three decades of experience in public and private planning, community outreach, and development, he has an exceptional track record of managing the approval and construction of numerous successful development projects.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, San Jose, Commissioner Holloway went on to earn his Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from California State University, Fresno.

One of Commissioner Holloway's greatest strengths is his ability to engage the community in the planning and development process. He has handled the public and community outreach for several projects, including the Sacramento Country Day School Expansion and the Treelake Village Specific Plan in Placer County. His skill in navigating community dynamics has been essential to the success of these projects.

Commissioner Holloway serves as a Director of the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency and an elected Trustee of the American River Flood Control Agency. He also holds positions on the Sacramento County Subdivision Review Committee and the County Project Review Committee.
