CCDA Legal Portal Transition Notice
The CCDA Legal Portal is expected to transition to the Government Services Portal (GSP). GSP is a new platform launched by the California Department of General Services (DGS).
The transition timeline has changed from the date previously communicated, and October 1, 2026, is no longer the anticipated transition date. The go‑live date is still being finalized. CCDA is continuing to work through the remaining dependencies and validating milestone dates with its technical partners. At this time, the final transition date has not been established. CCDA will provide an update as soon as the schedule is confirmed.
What CCDA Legal Portal Users Need to Know
- The CCDA Legal Portal will have a new URL.
- The New User Registration process will change.
- Users will continue to access the Legal Portal through the CCDA website, which will direct them to GSP.
- Updated reference materials and guidance will be provided to support users during the transition.

Are you an attorney that files construction-related accessibility violations and web accessibility violations? Pursuant to California Civil Code § 55.32, attorneys are required to submit complaints, pre-litigation letters, and case outcome reports within five business days of a court filing and within CCDA's standard format (legal web portal).
