CCDA Legal Portal Transition Notice
Beginning October 1, 2026, the CCDA Legal Portal will move to the Government Services Portal (GSP), a new platform launched by the California Department of General Services (DGS).
For CCDA Legal Portal users, this transition will include:
- A new CCDA Legal Portal URL
- Changes to the New User Registration process
- Continued access through the CCDA website, which will direct you to GSP
- New reference materials and guidance will be provided accordingly to support the transition.

Are you an attorney that files construction-related accessibility violations and web accessibility violations? Pursuant to California Civil Code § 55.32, attorneys are required to submit complaints, pre-litigation letters, and case outcome reports within five business days of a court filing and within CCDA's standard format (legal web portal). The California Commission on Disability Access (CCDA) is under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Services (DGS), which requires that Public Records Act requests be submitted through DGS’s Office of Public Affairs.
