Notice of 15-Day Public Comment Period: November 1, 2021 - November 16, 2021

The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC), on its own behalf and that of the Division of the State Architect, the Department of Housing and Community Development, the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal is providing notice of code changes intended for the 2022 California Building Standards Code that were the subject of written comments from the initial 45-day public comment period that began on September 3, 2021 and ended on October 18, 2021.

CBSC will accept written comments for at least 15 days between November 1, 2021 and November 16, 2021. All written comments must be submitted to CBSC no later than midnight on November 16, 2021.
