Commissioner Peter Santillan is secretary-treasurer of the Southern California District Council of Laborers. He has also been business manager and secretary-treasurer for Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 1309 since 2014.
Mr. Santillan held several positions for Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 507 from 2010 to 2014, including business manager, secretary treasurer and business agent.
He was assistant executive director at Construction Laborers Trust Funds for Southern California Administrative Company from 2008 to 2010, and trust funds administrator at Associated Third Party Administrators from 2001 to 2008.
