A surplus property controlled by the State Controller’s Office was identified as one of the first excess properties to be offered for development of affordable housing. The state property is located at 601 East Miner Avenue and 622 East Lindsay Street in Stockton and is within the City’s Miner Avenue Complete Street Project, a rehabilitation and beautification project.

Project Milestones

Awarded MHP funding $18.5 million. Applying for IIG and DTSC loan to address site contamination. Currently working with the City for project coordination/planning/entitlements.
