The project is located on approximately 5 acres of bare land. The site is a portion of the existing Department of State Hospitals property located off Imola Avenue in an unincorporated area of the County of Napa.
Project Updates
The site will be developed by: PEP Housing, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, jointly with Collective Operations LLC, a California limited liability company.
The site will facilitate the construction of 185 multifamily homes, ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms, along with common room facilities that include a gym, community room, and learning center. Outdoor amenities will include a gardening area, playground, and a BBQ area.
The income restrictions of the units are:
