Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of demolition of concrete pavement, AC pavement, concrete walks, planters, trees, pole gates, and the installation of new concrete walks, curbs, ramps, handrails, concrete paving for accessible parking, parking striping, and accessible route striping.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on April 29, 2020, at Torrance Department of Motor Vehicles Field Office located at 1785 W. 220th Street, Torrance, CA 90501. Inspection tour will begin at 7:00 A.M. The State's requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
