Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Replace, upgrade, extend and/or provide the fire alarm system for 32 buildings and various other structures at the CHP Academy in West Sacramento, CA. This project will utilize previously installed control panels and extend the fire alarm system to provide alarm initiation with smoke detection and pull stations and alarm notification with horns/strobes to the various buildings/structures in accordance with the current requirements of the California Fire Code. Provide an inter-connect conduit system between buildings for DACT communications, as well as, a complete stand-alone Fire Alarm Control Panel system.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on August 1, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., at the California Highway Patrol Academy, Administration Building Lobby, located at 3500 Reed Avenue, West Sacramento, CA 95605.
