Alert: Impact of COVID-19 on Special Education Division

From April 15, 2020, until otherwise ordered, all Special Education hearing rooms and public counters at OAH locations are closed to the public, and no hearings or mediations at off-site locations will take place.  See OAH's General Order Regarding Conduct of Hearings and Mediations and Closure of Public Counters. For information on how mediations and hearings will be conducted, refer to the information page found  here. Please note that processing times and response times from OAH may be impacted due to the COVID-19 circumstances.
