Summary:

This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services.

Project comprises labor, material, and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of: Demolition remediation, sealing of concrete floor; installation of carpet, resilient sheet goods, resilient tile and floor finishes.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on July 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., at California Department of Food and Agriculture Plant Lab Building at 3294 Meadowview Rd, Sacramento, CA 95832. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection.

Attendance for the entire inspection is required for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
