Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Remove Asphalt Concrete (AC) paving, wheel stops, raised curbs, parking striping, and AC pavement. Provide Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving, raised curbs, AC pavement, ramp, truncated domes, speed table cross walks, trench drain, striping and other signage.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on September 3 , 2020 at 1:00 p.m., at Department of Motor Vehicles, 3801 South Garfield Avenue, Bell Gardens, CA 90201. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
