Summary:

Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of: Removal and replacement of chillers, pumps and air handlers and associated piping and ductwork.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on May 28, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at California Medfly Rearing Facility, 41 650 Waikupanaha Street, Waimanalo, Oahu, Hawaii 96795. Inspection tour will begin at 10:00 A.M., in front of the facility.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
