Summary:
Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of Design and Construction of a nitrate removal system using ion exchange, site fill and gradework, concrete building foundation and multi-room pre-engineered metal building, supply and installation of; an ion exchange treatment system, sodium hypochlorite generation system equipment, and chemical process analyzers and sample piping. Demolition of the existing sodium hypochlorite generation system equipment, pipeline work and tie-ins to existing piping, removal and replacement of two existing starters with new variable frequency drive units, and a new sanitary sewer extension to existing sewer manhole.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on March 25, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., at Porterville Developmental Center, Plant Operations, located at 26501 Ave 140, Porterville, CA 93257.
