Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: three (3) new guard desks/stations with monitors, data, voice, power, State Seal and operation of turnstiles at each desk; provide four (4) new turnstiles; add or tie in existing panic buttons at each public counter into the new security system; provide warning lights and signage near doors for each public counter; provide emergency voice/phone in basement with signage; upgrade portions of fiber backbone system; provide additional cameras as needed to ensure complete coverage; including any other security, architectural or electrical upgrades as needed to ensure the building is prepared for a potential active shooter situation.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on 4/17/2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the Secretary of State Building, 1st Floor Multi-Purpose Room, located at 1500 11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
