Summary:

Scope of Work: Removal of asbestos containing material. Remove and replace interior finishes, lighting, and electrical receptacles. Install door hardware, data rack, patch panel, conduits and data cables, server room HVAC unit and balance HVAC system.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on February 26, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the Van Nuys Office Building, Main Entry Courtyard, located at 6150 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys, CA. The State's requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
