Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: installation of a new, digital, addressable fire alarm system and demolition of the existing system, once the new system has been approved by the State Fire Marshal. Asbestos and/or lead abatement is included, as well as repairs and painting.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on August 21, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at James Hall, DSH-Metropolitan State Hospital, 11401 Bloomfield, Norwalk, CA.
