Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: The removal and replacement of the Rooftop HVAC Multi-zone units, chiller, boiler, pumps, piping, supply diffusers, return registers, and all accessories associated with the Multi-zone Units, abandon ice storage tanks, and installation of a new Energy Management System.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on 7/24/2019, at Carmichael Department of Motor Vehicles Field Office at 5209 North Ave. Carmichael, CA 95608. Inspection tour will begin at 7:00 A.M.
