Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on May 14, 2019, at Porterville Developmental Center, Plant Operations, located at 320 Palm Way, Porterville, CA 93257. Inspection tour will begin at 9:30 A.M., at Plant Operations Office.
