Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: The removal and replacement of the Single Ply Roofing System, (4) Rooftop Gas/Electric Packaged Units, and (4) Ceiling Exhaust Fans, (1) new Exhaust Fan, new Supply Diffusers and Return Registers, and a new Energy Management System.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on October 2, 2019 at 7:00 A.M., at the Redlands Department of Motor Vehicles Field Office, located at 1659 Lugonia Avenue, Redlands, CA 92374.
