Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Renovation of the existing Central Power Plant AND Chilled Water System. Including replacement of two 600 hp boilers; the replacement of pumps, water softener, condensate tank, de aerator tank, and related valves and piping; replacement of cooling towers and associated valves and piping, installation of 2 emergency generators and a new 460-volt electrical panel. Additional chiller plant, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, automatic flow control valves, isolation valves, bypass circuit, temperature control system, 3-way control valves, 4" line and 5 HP pumps. Demolition work will include removal of concrete, hazardous materials, old equipment, and miscellaneous valves and piping.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on June 25th, 2019, at the Member Services Building (Lee Lounge) at 260 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599 (refer to Site Map 2A). Inspection tour will begin at 11:00 A.M.
