The State Agency Recognition Awards (SARA) honors state departments and small business (SB) and disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) advocates for outstanding achievements in SB/DVBE advocacy and contracting success.

The 18th Annual SARA presentation was held on January 24, 2018, at the Citrus Heights Community Center.
