Office of State Publishing, Legislative Bill Room Provides printing services for the California State Legislature, producing printed copies of publications and recordings of legislative procedures on a daily basis.

The Legislative Bill Room provides a complete Legislative Publication Service as well as single copies of individual bills, books, pamphlets, histories, files, and other miscellaneous items for sale.

Purchase a publication

Publications can be purchased in-person in the bill room, at the State Capitol, Room B32; by phone; or by submission of a Legislative Bill Order form. Download and complete the Legislative Bill Order form (below), prepare your request for multiple bills in advance. The fillable PDF form may be emailed to the bill room if you have an existing account.
