In-Plant Operations
In-plant printing operations (or "in-plants") are run by state agencies which own and/or operate one or more pieces of printing equipment, employ one or more printing trades personnel, and are not under the direct control of the State Printer.
This page provides resources from the State Printer that will help in-plants determine annual rates, start the acquisition process for new or replacement printing equipment, and provide their annual report to the State Printer.
The Directory provides a list of in-plants that are approved to provide printing services to other state agencies when the agency has an approved Printing Services Exemption Request (PSER) and an OSP-issue exemption number.
