OAH WELCOMES NEW PRESIDING JUDGE COLE DALTON

OAH Welcomes New Presiding Judge Cole Dalton

The Office of Administrative Hearings is happy to announce that Administrative Law Judge Cole Dalton is the new Presiding Administrative Law Judge.  Judge Dalton will be one of two Presiding Administrative Law Judges in the Special Education Division, Los Angeles Office.  Judge Dalton will be supervising Administrative Law Judges in the Los Angeles office.  Judge Dalton has been Administrative Law Judge with the Special Education Division since January 2015 in the Los Angeles office.  Prior to becoming a judge, Judge Dalton spent over 13 years as an education law attorney, representing public agencies.  Judge Dalton is a graduate of the California State University, Northridge, and Loyola Law School.
