State and Federal Complaints and Demand Letters Report for 2026

CCDA on a quarterly basis, identifies and tabulates the number of demand letters and complaints received by the commission. CCDA shall further ascertain whether a complaint was filed in state or federal court and tabulate the number of complaints filed in state or federal court, respectively.
