2026 California Commission on Disability Access Lunch and Learn Webinar Series in Collaboration with Pacific ADA Center. Observed Accessibility Trends in Los Angeles County (2019 - 2025). Tuesday, April 14, 2026. 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Virtual Webinar via Zoom

Join CCDA for the first 2026 Lunch and Learn Webinar Series in Collaboration with Pacific ADA Center of the year!

This virtual webinar will highlight commonly reported issues, including accessible parking signage, exterior paths of travel (ramps and slopes), and service counter heights. These features are often the first point of customer interaction, and barriers at these locations can limit access before someone enters your business. CCDA will share observed data trends as an informational resource, and the Pacific ADA Center will provide context to help frame discussion. This session is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice or enforcement action.

The webinar is designed for business owners, managers, and professionals involved in operation or facilities management across restaurants, retail stores, and shopping centers – from small businesses to large national companies.

ASL interpretation and closed captioning will be provided, with additional accommodations available upon request within 10 days of each webinar.
