Notice of 15-Day Public Comment Period: December 7, 2021 - December 21, 2021

The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Community Development, is providing notice of code changes intended for the 2022 California Building Standards Code that were the subject of written comments from the SD/LF - BFO initial 45-day public comment period that began on September 3, 2021 and ended on October 18, 2021.

CBSC will accept written comments for at least 15 days between December 7, 2021 and December 21, 2021. All written comments must be submitted to CBSC no later than midnight on December 21, 2021.
