Notice of 45-Day Public Comment Period: September 24, 2021-November 8, 2021
The California Building Standards Commission (CBSC), on behalf of the State Historical Building Safety Board and the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, is providing notice of code changes intended for inclusion in the 2022 California Building Standards Code, Title 24, scheduled for publication in July 2022 with an effective date of January 2023. All proposed actions are subject to a 45-day public comment period. All written comments for this period must be submitted no later than midnight on November 8, 2021.
