The project is to be called “The Shalvey Apartments” and will be on a parcel just under one and a half acres, located at the corner of North American and Park Streets in the City of Stockton, County of San Joaquin.
Project Updates
The site will be developed by: Visionary Home Builders of California, Inc., a California nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. The site will facilitate the construction of 110 multifamily homes, ranging from 2 bedroom to 3 bedrooms, along with 2 units for onsite managers.
The income restrictions of the units are:
- 29 Units at 30% Average Median Income
- 24 Units at 40% Average Median Income
- 14 Units at 50% Average Median Income
- 28 Units at 60% Average Median Income
- 13 Units at 80% Average Median Income
