The Department of Motor Vehicles has identified a 2.42-acre site at 1377 Fell Street in San Francisco near the Panhandle of Golden Gate Park, for the development of affordable housing.
Project Milestones
Phase I: Expected construction commencement December 31, 2031. This phase includes 74 affordable housing units at 30% to 80% AMI.
Phase II: Expected construction commencement December 31, 2033. This phase consists of 120 affordable housing units at 30% to 80% AMI.
Phase III: Expected construction commencement December 31, 2035. This phase consists of 87 affordable housing units at 30% to 80% AMI.
Phase IV: Expected construction commencement December 31, 2037. This phase consists of 87 affordable housing units at 30% to 80% AMI.
