The project is located on an approximately 1.9- acre Vacant DGS site that is no longer needed, located at the corner of West 5th St and North E Street in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino.
Project Milestones
The site will be developed by: Homes & Hope, LLC, a California limited liability company, jointly with Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation.
The site will facilitate the construction of 205 multifamily homes, ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms, along with 2 units for onsite managers. The income restrictions of the units are:
- 52 Units at 30% Average Median Income
- 128 Units at 50% Average Median Income
- 23 Units at 70% Average Median Income
