The Department of General Services identified surplus state-owned property that is no longer needed at the corner of O and 16th Streets in the City of Sacramento, County of Sacramento. Addresses on this property are: 1605 O Street and 1417 16th Street.
The site will be developed by the joint collaboration of Eden Housing, Inc. and Collective Operations LLC.
Project milestones
The Site will facilitate the construction of 55 affordable units, including studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units. The project also features a management and services office and a small flexible commercial and community room space on the ground floor.
The units are income restricted based on Sacramento County Average Median Incomes (AMI) as follows:
- 15 units at 30% AMI
- 40 units at 50% AMI
- 1 Manager Unit (not restricted)
