Location: South Lake Tahoe, CA
Sugar Pine Village is a new affordable residential community to be built in four (4) phases on land provided by the California Tahoe Conservancy that will have a total of 244 new affordable housing units, with four (4) on-site manager units when fully built out. Phase 1B is the third phase and is under construction during 2025-2027.
The project has been designed to provide residents with new high quality, sustainable housing that supports active transportation, encouraging biking, walking, access to transit, and connection with nearby trails for the local workforce and their families.
Project Milestones
The City of South Lake Tahoe and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency have fully approved the project in record time. The project is being developed in four phases.
Phase 1B
60 Units -In construction 2025 thru 2027.

• 12 @ 50% AMI
• 29 @ 60% AMI
