Summary:

Provide professional Construction Project Management services as required to be used on an as needed basis. Construction Project Management means those services provided by an architect, engineer or general contractor licensed in the State of California which meet the requirements of Government Code Section 4529.5 for management and supervision of work performed on State construction projects.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a firm licensed in the State of California.

The estimated cost for a Progressive Design Build delivery of the project $380,000,000
