Summary:
Provide professional Civil Engineering design services for the following repair / modification / replacement type projects within Northern, Southern and Coastal California.
The services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to: professional field investigations, land surveying services, boundary and topographical surveying, utility location surveys and global positioning system surveys. Consultant shall prepare plans on an as-needed basis and produce CADD drawings based on survey data.
The responsible party shall be a surveyor licensed to practice in the State of California (CA) and all work shall be performed under and approved by a licensed design professional. All design work shall be performed under and be approved by an architect or engineer licensed in the State of California. A certified asbestos consultant may be required to be part of the team, should specific conditions dictate the need. Consultants work may require the participation of other engineering related disciplines such as, but not limited to, civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural.
The estimated retainer contract value is $ 5,000,000. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years.
