Summary:

Provide field investigations, prepare Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates for: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Boilers; Chillers; Fans; Plumbing; Compressed Air, Automotive Fluid and Industrial Mechanical Systems, Elevators, Refrigeration, Fire Sprinklers; Building Management Systems; Pneumatic Controls; and or Direct Digital Controls type projects.

All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.

The estimated retainer contract value is $ 5,000,000. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years.
