Summary:

The Real Estate Services Division (RESD), Project Management and Development Branch (PMDB), is requesting submittals from professional architectural firms for a retainer contract that will be used on an as-needed basis for various projects to be described in future Task Orders to the original Agreement. Basic services to be provided include, but are not limited to, conceptual schemes, access compliance (ADA), OSHPD compliance, LEED, ZNE, preliminary plans, working drawings, studies, cost estimates, bidding support and construction administration support within Northern, Southern and Coastal California.

Related services may include but not be limited to providing hazardous materials assessments, surveys, reports, abatement design plans/specifications, cost estimates and air monitoring associated with the above work. Consultants work may also require the participation of other engineering related disciplines such as civil, electrical, mechanical and structural.
