Summary:

Provide professional architectural and engineering design, and related professional services for the Hemet-Ryan Air Attack Base in Riverside County California. The Design-Bid-Build project elements include, but are not limited to an an air operations building, 32-bed barracks/mess hall, 3-bay apparatus/warehouse building, helicopter/OV10 hangar, S2T canopy, helicopter training tower, and covered parking. This project shall be designed and constructed at a minimum to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification (as published and administered by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Zero Net Energy (ZNE).
