Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Pull all necessary permits with City of Eldridge and Regional Transit to remove (6) gallon underground storage tanks (UST) and all related appurtenances per limits of improvement plan set, including but not limited to: removal of existing concrete, pavers, truncated domes, electrical conduits, wires, sump, all underground /above ground fuel piping, vent, vent pipes, including any testing required by the regulatory agencies, backfill and restoration of surface areas to match existing conditions as well as compliance with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) where applicable and related work.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on November 17, 2020 at 10:00 A.M, at Sonoma Developmental Center, Visitors Parking Lot, located at 15000 Arnold Dr. Eldridge, CA 95431. Due to Covid-19 all attendees shall wear a face covering and practice social distancing at the Pre-Bid Walk. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
