Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition, and removal of Hazardous Materials, existing roof systems including steep slope tile roof and low slope single ply roof system and replace with new standing seam metal roof and new single ply roof system. Both systems will have added composite insulation sheathing. Repair substrate as required. Install new fall protection system, and roof access hatch safety railing. Remove and replace all roof gutters and downspouts, and related work.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on April 8, 2021 at 9:30 A.M., at Napa State Hospital, Volunteer Center Blue Room, located at 2100 Napa Vallejo Highway, Napa, CA. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
