Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: installing new City of Sacramento entry and existing parking kiosks and associate equipment and support systems. Some parking lots include associate accessibility upgrades to existing ramp and parking. Lighting upgrades to Lot 24.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on May 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at Lot 2 Entrance, located at 1416 10th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. This project is being bid informally to select prime Contractors in accordance with Public Contract Code §10122(d).

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
