Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Convert existing file room to tenant standard office with related voice/data, electrical, lighting, door, finish modifications. Accessibility upgrades to the building common path of travel work include, but are not limited to: new AED cabinet; new toilet room accessories, new restroom, relocation of existing toilet room accessories, new restroom signs and toilet partition replacement; new elevator lobby signs, elevator lobby floor slope mitigation, and new room and suite signs.
