Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Remove existing underground parking garage striping on floors P1 & P2. Re-stripe to refresh parking space delineation. Includes direction arrows, stop line and wording and special stall label/wording, "reserved" "compact" etc. Install new signage and striping for accessible parking stalls and access aisles on floor P1 to current standards. Additional work shown on these plans and described in specifications.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on January 30, 2020 at 11:30 A.M., at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) State Parking Underground Garage Lot #88, located at 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102.
